How do I return my order?
We encourage all customers to purchase samples so they can confirm whether the products are suitable for them before purchasing full-sized versions. We hope you are satisfied with every EILEEN MAI® purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may seek a return or a replacement. See below for details.

Returns at a Retail Store
If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders (counting from the ship date on the Invoice). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

When packaging the items, please make sure that:

    • The return package is postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date
    • The original invoice is included.
    • All products are unopened and in their original packaging
    • If you purchased a product as part of a gift or kit, the entire gift or kit must be returned

What is the re-stocking fee?
Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee or $10, whichever is higher. Shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

How long does the refund process take?
PayPal refund: please allow 2-4 days after we received the returned item(s) for the refund to appear in your account.
Check refund: if paid by check, we will mail out the refund check using USPS First Class mail within 2 business days after we received the returned item(s).

What if there is a shipping error or damage?
We always make every effort to pack our products carefully, however damage does occur occasionally. Please check each package upon arrival. If you discover damage or wrong item/quantity, please call or email us within 2 business days. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately at no extra charge.
