Yes, we ship worldwide. Certain restrictions may occur. We’ll contact you as soon as possible should there is any restrictions apply to your order. If having to cancel the order in those circumstances, we’ll refund you a full payment of that order.
How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping fees for wholesale and independent sale rep orders will be calculated based on each order and is added into the invoice. Do you send tracking number?
Yes, we do (when applicable). After your order is shipped, a tracking email will be sent to you.
What are the Shipping Rules and Restrictions?
If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (additional charges apply. See table above for details). Delivery times for 2 – Day Air shipping are based on the day we download the order. Please make sure to allow for a additional two-day processing time when placing your order (see above table for details).
EileenMai.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the Standard Domestic shipping method. 2 – Day Air shipping are not available.
